Loftara Studio is located in downtown Rogers City, Michigan! This is a cooperative ownership establishment that offers diverse wellness opportunities including yoga, meditation, therapeutic services and gentle movement. Sara is a certified yoga instructor with a heart deeply rooted in nature. Her love for the outdoors, cultivated through years of working at various National Parks across the country, inspires her approach to yoga. She is excited to guide the community through a yoga journey that is both welcoming and grounding.

Nicolle Rene brings care and calm to every connection she makes. As a certified elementary school and yoga teacher—and an active mom of three—she knows firsthand the power of patience and compassion. Driven by purpose and passion, Nicolle is excited to begin serving the Roger’s City community, spreading wellness, balance, and kindness one mindful moment at a time.
