What We Teach

Hatha Yoga

A dynamic version of yoga that emphasizes the connection between breath and body, creating a fluid flow of poses in sequential movement.

Chair Yoga

This is a modified version of yoga that uses a chair for support to do poses. It is a graceful choice for those with injuries, mobility limitations or one just seeking a gentler introduction to yoga to build up strength.

Aerial

This yoga version utilizes a silk ribbon secured by a professional in the ceiling to support yoga poses.

Yin Yang Yoga

Yin-yang yoga is a balance between mind and body. It combines the deep, long holds of yin yoga and the dynamic, flowing movements of yang yoga. It harmonizes the qualities of both styles, providing opportunity for passive poses to focus on connective tissue for physical and emotional release in ligaments and fascia and active poses for strength, balance and mobility. All aspects of you-mind, body, heart- will leave feeling nurtured and connected.

Restorative

A gentle, restful yoga version that uses bolsters and props while holding comfortable yoga poses for a longer duration of time. It encourages deep relaxation and stress reduction, nurturing both physical and mental well-being.

Beginner Basic Yoga

Beginner’s yoga focuses on foundational poses that promote balance, strength and flexibility while inducing relaxation.
